Q1:  Which areas do you offer delivery to, and what are the fees?

We proudly deliver to Auckland and Hamilton. For a complete list of delivery postcodes, please visit our Delivery Postcode Page. Delivery at very competitive rates ranging from $9.95 to $12.95. Delivery charges will be: Auckland $9.95, Auckland Rural $12.95, Warkworth $12.95, Hamilton $12.95.

Q2: When will my order arrive?

We aim for delivery within 2 days of order placement. Once your order is out for delivery, you'll receive an email with a tracking link which lets you monitor your delivery and see an estimated arrival time.

Q3: What if I'm not home for the delivery?

During checkout, please provide us with delivery instructions (e.g., "Leave on the porch" or “Leave at the backyard”).  If no instructions are provided, your box will be left at your doorstep. You'll receive a delivery notification with a photo for proof of delivery.

Q4: Do you offer weekend and public holiday deliveries?

Yes! We believe everyone deserves fresh produce, so we deliver 7 days a week, including public holidays.

Q5: What if my order is delayed?

While we aim for timely deliveries, occasional delays can occur.  If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@farmersbox.co.nz  for an update on your order.

Q6: Do you collect the boxes for re-use/re-cycle when delivering the next lot of boxes?

Yes, we do collect the empty boxes on the next delivery. Please make sure to put this in the notes/delivery instructions on your next order.

Q7: What do I do if there's an issue with my order (e.g., damaged produce, missing items)?

We strive to deliver the freshest and highest-quality produce. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us at hello@farmersbox.co.nz within 24 hours of delivery including photos of the soiled/damaged produce and packing slip. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue. For more details, please see our Refund Policy.

Q8: What if I missed the original delivery?

In case you missed your original delivery, the same will get rescheduled to the next day.

Q9: Can I add something to my existing order? 

Certainly you can. In such a scenario please email us immediately after placing your order and we will share an invoice along with a payment link for the additional items. 

P.S. - Amendments to the existing order are feasible only if it hasn't reached the processing stage.
